The Serenity Package

My session with Shanqual was amazing. We had our session in a park near the beach, I've never had a reiki session outdoors before and it really contributed to the overall experience. The sounds and sensations of the wind and waves as well as being on the physical ground really helped (especially because I need help with grounding myself). I added on the sound bowl, crystal healing, chakra balance, and aromatherapy to my reiki session which also elevated the experience. She explained to me the different chakras and we focused on the solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras. After the session we chatted through my experience, what came up, and steps I could take to help those specific areas. It was super helpful to have tangible things to work on based on the session. Some other sessions I've had with other practitioners didn't go as far as to give advice on things to do/not do based on what came up in the session so I really appreciated this additional guidance. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Shanqual to anyone looking to start, continue, or enhance their healing journey!!

I had my 2nd session today, and I just can't say enough how good she is. Very patience and listens to my stories, and then helps guiding me through my journey. I'm so grateful to have found an amazing person to do reiki session on me. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to align their chakras and grow spiritually. 10/10 a must visit!

benefits so I went in with the
intention to better my vision. After
my session not only was I able to
see things more clearly but I also
noticed how I felt really relaxed
and almost fell asleep which
doesn't happen often for me.

I loved receiving the Serenity Package treatment! It was very relaxing and I could feel shifts happening in my body and mind. In the days following, it's been easier for me to remember to take good care of myself, breathe deeply, and relax the areas I tend to hold chronic tension.
